Minnie

11 year old QH mare purchased from Grady and Judy Duncan.  I bought her when she was 2 yo.  Very green broke.  She now works off of my slightest cue or intention. Very versatile.  She has won almost all of the local Mountain Trail and Obstacle/Trail Challenges Open-Trainers level, that we have entered and we have held our own in larger competitions.  We have even done some of our rides- Bridle-less.

Hershey

16 year old QH Mare purchased from Summer Wind.  I bought her as a 3 yo.  She is a very fast and forward horse that is very scared of so many things.  I have a lot of hours with her and she is much more confident about obstacles since I learned the training that I teach.  She will now run through many of my obstacles with unbelievable confidence compared to years ago!

I like to give her a job and help her understand it.  She is amazing. She has done a lot of Team Penning, Ranch Sorting and One on One Sorting which was by far, “OUR FAVORITE!” She was very good at it.  She almost reads my mind as does Minnie. We have a wonderful relationship.

Annabelle

3 year old QH Mare I purchased from Hudson Quarter Horses as a 4 1/2 month old foal. I had about 300 hours with her on the ground before I started riding her lightly at 2 yo. She handled it all like a pro. Just walking mainly, minimal trotting. Nothing phased her as I had subjected her to so much.  She is the one that has helped me start my business.  People were following us for 2 years, as I was reporting her progress and when the time came that I offered ground training, people started coming immediately and others started referring people to me.  This year Annabelle was being shown as a two year old in ranch classes and sometimes placing in the ranch riding and trail  classes. She could already do all of the obstacles that my Minnie girl can do.  Sadly Annabelle passed away this past summer.  I miss her dearly.  A huge part of my heart and soul is missing.  I am so proud of what this girl and I accomplished!

Lilly and Faith:

2022 Gypsy Vanner/Paint Cross Sisters.  Can't wait to see where our journey goes!

Update:  Both Faith and Lilly can do any obstacle I ask of them.  They both can sit in their bean bag chairs, lay down, they are learning to long-rein and hopefully soon be driving a cart.  They have even completed an obstacle course at liberty.  They are amazing partners - I am very proud of them.
